Specially used for seamless welding of PVC colorful profile, and automatically realize the seamless welding and the cleaning of up and bottom surfaces.

Main Features

0.2mm seamless welding for colorful profile or 2mm general welding for white profile is available, meanwhile it can realize the cleaning of up and bottom surfaces of welding corner auto-matically. Cleaning performance is very nice.

Less than a minute for profile welding and cleaning, increase the efficiency.

All motion pair adopts squared rail and linear bearing guide system, increases processing precision, ensures the reliability and stability of the machine.

The max. height of welding reaches 260mm, and double -lay-ers/stacks of welding blocks can be installed to weld two -layers of frames/two sashes ( Profile height less than 120mm).

Adjustable positioning gap, heating gap and feeding gap,ensures the optimal welding quality.

Specific welding fixture can be installed, which not only improves the appearance of welding products,but also increases the welding strength by 20%.
